The amenities varied but we enjoyed the
spacious suites with great ocean views. The pools were well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. However, the dining options were limited, and we faced long waits during peak hours. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improvements are needed.

The outdoor pool and children's pool were fantastic for my family. My kid loved splashing around, while we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast at Cocos was an absolute hit, with a great variety of tasty food and attentive staff.
In my wife’s opinion, my kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options throughout the day.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Irotama Lago. The grounds felt like a tropical paradise with lush greenery all around. The pools were clean, very inviting, and not crowded. I spent some quality time relaxing by the pool and soaking in the sun. My Junior Suite offered fantastic beach views, making mornings delightful. The staff stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness. they were always there to help with anything I needed. Dining options were diverse and tasty, with a vibrant breakfast buffet that never disappointed. However, seating areas by the pool could use more shaded spots. I found myself shuffling around looking for a comfortable space to relax in the sun and shade combo. Air conditioning in my room felt a bit too chilly at times, making it hard to find a comfortable temperature. Still, these small issues didn’t overshadow the enjoyable moments I had during my stay.

The dining scene was vibrant, with a breakfast buffet that had plenty of options. even had some tasty fried rice that hit the spot! The unique atmosphere amidst lush vegetation made for a magical stay. Plus, the staff was super attentive, always ready to assist!
But oh boy, the air conditioning was chilly enough to give me the sniffles. And the beach experience? Kinda bumpy with no clear communication about closures. It left me dreaming of relaxing waves rather than the reality of hot rooms and missed opportunities.
